Working with pregnant families is a complete joy for me.

Since 1999, I have had the opportunity to work with many lovely couples in Vancouver as their Birth Doula and Birthing From Within Prenatal Instructor. I bring experience, positivity, and professionalism to both of my roles. I hold a profound trust in the birth process. I love assisting women uncover their inner power in order to approach their birth with an “I CAN DO IT” frame of mind.

Families can feel safe knowing that I work well with Midwives and Doctors, in both hospital and home settings. I am there to offer comfort suggestions, information and assurance.

Fear of the unknown is a natural part of birth. I support women in releasing their anxiety and facing their fears so they can embrace the unknown.
