It is a great joy for me to support women and their families through the profound transformation from pregnancy to parenthood.

Since 1992, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of families in Vancouver as their Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator. In addition to vast experience and diverse practical skills, I bring wisdom, passion and mindfulness to each and all of these roles.

Pregnancy and childbirth are times of tremendous change and transition in the life of a family, and feelings of uncertainty and fear can be a natural part of this process. My role is to accompany you along the way providing loving guidance, gentle suggestions, and my firm belief in a woman’s capacity to access her inner strength and resources.

Each birth story is unique, and I will help you to navigate yours. I have attended over 400 births in various settings alongside an array of care providers, so families can feel confident knowing I work well with Midwives and Doctors alike, in both hospital and home settings. As your Doula, I am committed to supporting your choices and adapting to the specific needs of your birth as a respectful and integral member of the team.
